Pitched and won the H&M Men account and this is our first campaign for them. They came to us asking to connect more authentically with their young audience. We agreed we should create an initiative that effected positive change - not an advert that's all talk. With H&M we co-created the One / Second / Suit - a special suit that anyone can borrow for free for 24 hours for their job interview. It's never been harder for the generation coming up than right now in the wake of the pandemic and our research showed that employers judge your ability based on your appearance in under 1 second. A first impression that's ready to wear - this helping hand was fully subscribed within days of launch in the UK + US.
