A story about all the things in life that are really important and need a nurturing hand. Our homes, our families - ourselves. Maybe as much about repairing a state of mind as it is about repairing a home. A true labour of love bringing the world of Nigel, Lisa and Gus the dog to life in painstaking, beautiful stop motion. Taking inspiration from classic British story-tellers like Raymond Briggs and Roald Dhal and bringing that style to a modern setting. I'm super proud of how this magical fairy tale turned out.
We also put together a nice OOH and print campaign to accompany the film. Entitled "Choose Change" we transformed neglected spaces with beautiful installations created using B&Q products. The effect is a sense of before / after in a single image. Everything was captured magically in-camera by Kevin Mackintosh with set designs by Thomas Bird.
