Pitched and won the B&Q account and this is the first work we made under the new "Build A Life" brand platform. We were asked by B&Q to drive meaning back into a sleeping giant of a brand - to create an emotional connection with a mass audience. For our launch film we cast a family from every city in the UK - each one bearing home video archives from 1970 - 2020 (the length of time B&Q had existed when we made the work). We curated the picture that brings the script to life from over 400 hours of footage - a true labour of love.
